Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, medications, and companionship, while documenting shifts and communicating with the Care Manager.

Applicants should hold a current CNA certification and demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and dependable transportation. CPR is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning and ROM exercises.
• Prepare meals per dietary needs and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and support self-administration.
• Offer companionship through conversation, activities, and memory games.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry; maintain client environment.
