Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Personal Care in Utah is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care across Woods Cross and surrounding areas. You will support daily living activities, monitor patient wellbeing, and document changes for the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Utah CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care per care plans.
• Safely help with movement, transfers, and repositioning.
• Provide mealtime assistance and support nutritional needs.
• Monitor changes in patients' conditions and report to nursing staff.
• Support with routine care tasks, including weights and supplements.
• Complete required documentation and update nursing staff.
• Travel between patient homes to provide scheduled care.
