Job summary

Gail's Homecare is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care in the Atlanta area, including Lithonia. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal support, and light housekeeping, ensuring comfort and safety in the client’s home.

The role requires CNA certification and CPR/First Aid, with a schedule of 4 days per week from 9:00 to 17:00. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, and reliable, patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license and CPR/First Aid certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year full-time healthcare experience; 3–5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Provide meal assistance and ensure safety during meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
