Job summary

Gail's Homecare in Lithonia, GA, seeks a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to serve clients in their homes. You will support basic personal hygiene, domestic tasks, and monitor wellbeing, documenting progress for care plans.

Shift is Tue and Thu 10 AM–2 PM, pay $15 per hour. Requirements include CPR/BLS, a HS diploma or GED, CNA license, and prior home health experience; strong English, reliability, and a patient, respectful demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS First Aid required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of full-time healthcare experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Reliable, with good attendance and professionalism.
• Willingness to perform domestic and personal tasks as requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks.
• Provide compassionate care and document client progress.
• Work in clients' homes and follow care plans and guidelines.
