Job summary

At Home Healthcare is a compassionate home health provider focused on helping clients stay independent in their own homes. As an Attendant/Adult Care Partner, you will assist with daily living activities, run errands, coordinate transportation, and support telehealth visits while offering companionship and following each client’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Six months of experience as Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide personal assistance services.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions & telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing companionship.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, etc).
• Follow a plan of care.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
