Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking caring Attendants/Adult Care Partners to help clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living, shopping, transportation, telehealth, meals and companionship, following each client’s care plan.

We offer flexible schedules, 24/7 on-call support, and paid weekly, with a culture that values employees and growth opportunities. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months as Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Skills: Must be competent to provide personal assistance services with strong interpersonal skills.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance.
• Working conditions: Works in a home environment; ability to lift/move clients; comfortable with PPE as requested.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands and transportation.
• Picking up prescriptions and assisting with telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation and providing companionship.
• Personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming and feeding.
• Following a plan of care and communicating professionally with families and the team.
