At Home Healthcare is seeking caring Attendants/Adult Care Partners to provide in-home support to clients, enabling independence and comfort in familiar surroundings. You will assist with daily activities, transportation, medication reminders, meal prep, and companionship within a planned care framework.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate/GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months of Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Skills: Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate attitude, patience, empathy, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing companionship.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, etc).
• Follow a plan of care.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
