Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate Adult Care Partners/Attendants to provide in-home care services to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities include activities of daily living, errands, transportation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and following each client's plan of care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate/GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months of working as a Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Skills: Must be competent to provide personal assistance services with compassion, patience, empathy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Providing companionship
• Escort

• Follow a plan of care
