Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate Attendants/Adult Care Partners to provide in-home care tailored to each client's plan. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, errands, meal prep, and personal care while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

We offer flexible schedules, on-call support 24/7, and a supportive team culture. Training and ongoing development are provided, with weekly pay as part of our employee-first approach.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months of working as a Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Skills: Must be capable of providing personal assistance with strong interpersonal skills, compassion, patience, empathy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing companionship.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding).
• Follow a plan of care.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
