Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate Adult Care Partners/Attendants to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, shopping, transportation, telehealth visits, meal prep, and companionship while following a client care plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate/GED preferred.
• Six months of working as a Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate attitude, patience, empathy, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing companionship.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, etc).
• Follow a plan of care.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
