Bay Aging is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to deliver in‑home care services to clients in Colonial Beach, VA. You will follow the RN‑supervised care plan, assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping and accompany clients to appointments, while maintaining client safety and privacy.

Strong communication with clients and families, and timely documentation are essential. A PCA certificate, CPR and health screenings are required, with full‑time hours and a sign‑on bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certificate of Completion for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) course.
• Proof of TB screening/PPD or vaccination.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per RN plan.
• Aid with meals, light housekeeping and errands in client home.
• Monitor health status, take vitals and report changes.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new PCAs and document services.
• Attend appointments with clients when scheduled.
