Bay Aging is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Aide to provide in-home care in Gloucester County, VA. You will assist clients with activities of daily living, monitor health and safety, and perform light housekeeping under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The role includes training new PCAs, documenting services, and coordinating with the RN Supervisor. A Virginia CNA license is required, and HIPAA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CNA certification/licensure required by Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Proof of TB test or Tuberculosis screening required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform ADLs with client care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-home care including personal care, health monitoring, and light housekeeping.
• Provide coaching and supervision to new PCAs in the field.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the RN Supervisor.
• Complete daily documentation and schedule-related office tasks.
