Zusammenfassung

Bay Aging is seeking Home Care PCAs to provide in-home care in Colonial Beach, VA. You will assist with ADLs, measure vitals, monitor safety, and support clients to live safely in the community. Train new PCAs under RN supervision and complete daily documentation.

The role is part-time, with a $17.50 hourly wage and eligible sign-on bonus after 200 hours, plus a referral bonus for employee referrals. Must meet PCA certification requirements and HIPAA awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of current PPD vaccination or TB screening.
• Must become certified in CPR.

Aufgaben

• Deliver in-home care services as per the care plan.
• Assist with ADLs and IADLs and light housekeeping.
• Provide on-the-job training to new PCAs and report to RN Supervisor.
