Job summary

SKY HEART HOME CARE SERVICES seeks a PCA/CNA to join our in-home care team in North Carolina. You will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks under RN supervision, documenting progress for wellbeing.

Requirements include 18+, high school diploma, health registry standing, and references. Prior healthcare experience and CPR/first aid are preferred; valid driver's license and vehicle are required. This is a full-time/part-time in-person position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be in good standing with health care registry.
• Minimum two satisfactory references from previous employers.
• Current first aid and CPR certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living and personal care under supervision.
• Provide meals, grooming, bathing, and basic home housekeeping as outlined in care plan.
• Document client progress and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Ensure safety and comfort, use proper lifting techniques, and maintain confidentiality.
