Job summary

Sky Heart Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Sanford, NC team. The role involves providing ADL support, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and compassionate client care in clients' homes.

Night shifts available, with schedule from 10pm–9am weekdays and 10am–9pm on weekends, under supervision of the Service Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred for a minimum of 1 year.
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers are required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
