Job summary

BAY AGING is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Aide based in Gloucester County. Responsibilities include delivering in-home care services to clients, assisting with daily living activities, and documentation of services provided. The ideal candidate will hold a PCA certification and be able to perform basic medical tasks.

This role offers an hourly wage of $17.50, along with a sign-on bonus after completing 200 hours, and an employee referral bonus. The work environment varies between client homes and public areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Hold a Certificate of Completion for a PCA course.
• Proof of current PPD vaccination or TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home care services to clients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Document all services provided and report changes.

Skills

Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Effective communication with older adults

Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted

Certificate of Completion for PCA course
