Sorenson Communications seeks an in-home CaptionCall installer/trainer to enrich customers' lives by installing CaptionCall phones and training users to communicate confidently by phone. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable interacting with seniors and diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to new and existing customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies for service calls.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to company policies.
