Job summary

Next Solutions is an in-home services company serving TV, internet and smart home needs. The Field Cable Service Technician role is based in Brighton, MI and involves driving to customer homes to assess needs and complete required work.

You will perform installs, upgrades, disconnects, and troubleshoot services while delivering first-class customer education. A HS diploma is required, with a flexible schedule and paid training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Flexible to work 5–6 days per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.
