Job summary

Next Solutions LLC is an in-home service provider delivering TV, internet and smart home installations to customers. As a Service and Solutions Specialist, you will visit client homes, assess needs, perform connects, upgrades, and troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer education.

This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for experience, weekly pay, paid training, and a company-owned vehicle for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work 5–6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for TV, Internet and phone.
• Troubleshoot all services and install wiring paths as needed.
• Provide first-class customer service and educate customers on products.
