Job summary

Next Solutions LLC is hiring a Service and Solutions Specialist to perform on-site connections and upgrades for TV, internet, and smart home services. You will drive to customers' homes, assess needs, and implement the best options while delivering outstanding service.

The position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid training, weekly pay, and a company-owned vehicle for qualified candidates. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.
