Job summary

Next Solutions LLC is an in-home service and solutions provider, delivering TV, Internet, and smart home services at customers’ homes. You will receive work orders and visit customers to assess needs and propose the best options for completing required work.

Responsibilities include performing connects, upgrades, and disconnects; troubleshooting services; and installing wiring, modems, and related equipment while delivering clear customer education on all products.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Next Solutions is an in-home services company. We contract work from many of today’s top TV and internet service providers. We specialize in creating the ultimate in-home experience for these companies’ customers.

What does a in-home service and solutions specialist do?

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customer’s house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.
