Job summary

Next Solutions LLC is seeking a Service and Solutions Specialist to visit customers’ homes, assess needs, and install or upgrade TV, Internet, and smart home services. Work orders are provided and you will determine the best options to complete each job.

This role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, flexibility to work 5–6 days including nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong customer service. A HS diploma is required; sales experience helps.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Flexible to work 5–6 days per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services.
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.
