Job summary

Next Solutions LLC is seeking a service and solutions specialist to install and service in-home TV, internet, and smart home solutions. You will drive to customer homes, assess needs, and execute the best option for required work.

Key duties include performing connects/disconnects, troubleshooting, and installations with some lifting. A background check and drug screen are required, with 5–6 workdays per week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Flexible to work 5–6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What does a in home service and solutions specialist do?

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customers house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services
