Job summary

Next Solutions LLC provides in-home TV, Internet and smart home solutions. A service and solutions specialist visits customers’ homes to assess needs and perform required work, using provided work orders.

Duties include installing and upgrading services, diagnosing issues, and guiding customers toward the best options. This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and weekly pay, with a company vehicle for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Consistently.
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Next Solutions is an in home services company. We contract work from many of today’s top TV and internet service providers. We specialize in creating the ultimate in-home experience for these companies customers.

What does a in home service and solutions specialist do?

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customers house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience a plus, but not required
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
