Connections For Kids seeks a Home Based Behavioral Health Professional to work with a child or adolescent in home and community settings. You will partner with a Master’s level clinician to provide behavioral management support and help the family build a path to success.

Schedule includes full-time or part-time hours with evenings and weekends potentially available. Compensation is $24-$26 per hour with full-time benefits like insurance, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Have 90 college credits (3 years of college)
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support in clients' homes and surrounding community.
• Travel to each client’s personal home.
• Safely transport each client when needed in your own vehicle.
• Follow the client’s treatment plan created by family and the case management team.

Position: Community Based BHP (Behavioral Health Professional)

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time available, flexible schedule, often during after-school hours based on client’s availability. Weekends may be available but are not required.

Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/ Hour

Job Details:

• Provide individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.

• When needed, safely transport each client into the surrounding community within your own personal, reliable vehicle.
