Job summary

Connections for Kids in Fairfield, ME is seeking a Community Behavioral Support Specialist. The role is part-time with after-school hours and requires travel to a wide service area in Kennebec and Somerset counties to support children and adolescents.

You will provide behavioral and independent skills coaching in home and community settings, partnering with a program coordinator to help clients achieve success and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

Kennebec and Somerset county including current referrals in Belgrade, Rome, Augusta, Clinton, Winslow, Vassalboro, Skowhegan, Sidney. - Must Travel

Schedule

Part Time, after school hours FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!!!

Summary

As a Community Based BHP for section 28 , you'll work in partnership with a program coordinator in the home and community of a child or adolescent with an autism diagnosis or cognitive impairment to provide support, behavioral and independent skills and a path to success.
