Connections for Kids is a leading Maine mental health agency providing individualized, child- and family-centered care. We are seeking a part-time Home Based BHP to work with a child or adolescent in their home and community, collaborating with a master's level clinician to implement behavioral support plans.

You will create your own schedule, travel to clients' homes, and contribute to a positive team culture focused on career growth and making a difference in families’ lives.

Qualifications

• Have 90 college credits (3 years of college).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support within clients' personal home and surrounding community.
• Travel to each client’s personal home.
• Safely transport each client in your own vehicle when needed.
• Follow the client’s treatment plan outlined by the family and case management team.

Position: Community Based BHP (Behavioral Health Professional)

Schedule: Part Time available, flexible schedule, often during after-school hours based on client’s availability. Weekends may be available but are not required.

Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/ Hour

Hours: 25 Hours/Week

Location: Openings in York and Cumberland Counties ME!

As a Home Based BHP, you'll work in partnership with a Master's level clinician in the home and community of a child or adolescent with a mental health diagnosis to provide support, behavioral management skills and a path to success.
