Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. Our in-home behavioral therapists provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs and support families.

New licensed therapists receive supervision for independent licensure. Eligible applicants must have a Master's degree in a related field and a valid driver’s license; a strong commitment to community mental health is essential.

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program

Responsibilities

• IHBS therapists provide structured, strength-based interventions in the client’s home to treat behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children’s needs, patterns of behavior, and improve communication.
