Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts, providing structured, strength-based in-home therapy to youth for behavioral needs. New licensed clinicians receive supervision toward Independent Licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based in-home therapy to youth for behavioral needs.
• Engage with families to support treatment goals and promote skill development.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals as needed to ensure continuity of care.
