Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our Massachusetts team to provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes for youths with behavioral needs. The position offers opportunities for newly licensed clinicians with supervision for Independent Licensure, and bilingual opportunities with full-time or fee-for-service hours.

Compensation for full-time roles ranges from $64,000 to $72,000 per year plus a $3,000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months; additional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
