Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
