Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, preferably children.
• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client.
• Conduct functional assessments and manage behavioral concerns.
• Attend case reviews, team meetings, and required trainings.
