Job summary
A dedicated healthcare provider in New Jersey is seeking Behavioral Technicians to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will work in-home, in-community, and in-center, providing emotional support and implementing care strategies. The ideal candidate will be committed to serving families and completing necessary certifications. This role offers flexible hours, a $20/hour starting rate, and a $300 sign-on bonus along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License is required.
Must pass all state and federal background checks.
Responsibilities
Provide non-physical, emotional support to children and families.
Implement strategies from the Individual Support Plan.
Conduct functional assessments including Activities of Daily Living.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with 1 year of supervised experience
