Justice Resource Institute is seeking an In Home Behavioral Monitor in Massachusetts to support youth and families with trauma-informed, home-based services. This role offers flexible, hybrid scheduling and a clear pathway to impact in the Taunton community.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, deliver behavioral interventions, and coordinate with therapists to model positive strategies for success. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in counseling, behavioral interventions, or related area.
• Excellent oral and written communication; willingness to learn electronic systems.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed care to youth and families.
• Implement home and community-based behavioral interventions to empower caregivers.
• Coach and model interventions alongside Behavioral Therapists using positive approaches.
