Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, and data tracking.
• Ability to learn specific needs of youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed care to youth.
• Implement home and community-based behavioral interventions.
• Partner with Behavioral Monitors to coach and model positive interventions.

Skills

Oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities

Familiarity with technology

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field
