Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking an In-Home Behavioral Monitor (MA Level) to support youth and families across Beverly, MA and surrounding communities. You will work afternoons to evenings, delivering trauma-informed home-based behavioral interventions and coaching caregivers, in collaboration with our Behavioral Therapists and BCBA.

The role emphasizes applying ABA principles to create tailored behavior plans, documenting progress, and partnering with a multidisciplinary team to help

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; familiarity with technology and electronic systems.
• Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; transporting youth is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed care to youth exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Implement home and community-based behavioral interventions to empower caregivers.
• Partner with Behavioral Therapists to coach and model interventions grounded in a positive behavioral perspective.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and the team to apply ABA principles to create tailored behavior intervention plans.
