Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (BHRN) to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients in Texas. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies, and ensure accurate medication profiles and documentation.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, current RN license in Texas, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ASN/BSN).
• Current RN license in Texas.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home psychiatric assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referral agencies.
• Maintain accurate medication profiles and home health documentation.
• Complete admissions, transfers, and discharges per standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies while delivering compassionate care.
