Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients in Texas. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies while delivering skilled nursing interventions within your scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/AS/BSN).
• 1-2 years nursing experience in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting preferred.
• Current RN license valid in Texas.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis consent/declination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home psychiatric assessments and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans to ensure quality and continuity of services.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions for behavioral health within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and referral agencies.
• Complete admissions, re-certifications, and discharges per regulatory standards.
