Marana Health in Marana, AZ is seeking a Recovery Coach to join the Behavioral Health team at the Marana Main Health Center. The role provides direct behavioral health services, case management, group counseling, home visits, and transportation as needed, with clinical oversight where required.

The ideal candidate will have a Social Services degree or equivalent experience, a valid AZ driver’s license, and a Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of directly related experience in behavioral health services support.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Current Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and directly related to the functions.

Responsabilités

• Provides individualized behavioral health services including case management and counseling.
• Performs home visits and transportation as needed.
• Maintains audit-ready client charts and documentation.
• Collaborates with psychiatric staff for monitoring and coordination.
• Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards.
