Job summary

Marana Health is seeking a Dedicated Recovery Coach to join the Behavioral Health team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in Marana, AZ. The role provides direct behavioral health services including case management, counseling, group skills training, and crisis intervention.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a Social Services field, a Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a valid AZ driver’s license. They will work with clients and families to develop care plans and coordinate services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Current Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and related to duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized behavioral health services to clients and families based on needs and diagnoses.
• Supports service planning, annual updates, primary care coordination, and discharge planning within a recovery model.
• Maintains audit-ready client charts and accurate documentation.
• Accommodates client schedules and maintains ethical billing practices.
• Provides home-based and crisis intervention services when necessary or requested.
• Collaborates with psychiatric staff to ensure medication monitoring and evaluations.

Skills

Experience with community resources

AHCCCS RBHA experience

BLS certification

First Aid certification

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field
