Job summary

A behavioral health organization is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based behavioral support to clients with developmental disabilities. This contracted position requires a Master's degree and offers flexible working hours primarily in home and community settings. Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid Certificate required
• Must have valid Driver’s License with Auto Insurance
• Must not be excluded from federal healthcare programs

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Provide behavioral evaluations and consult with caregivers

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
