Job summary

A behavioral consultation service is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based support to individuals with disabilities. The role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, and working collaboratively with families and support teams. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience with behavioral assessments. This is a contracted, flexible position, primarily home and community-based in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and writing Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with disabilities.
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and various progress evaluations.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently

Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Familiarity with an electronic health record system

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Working knowledge of HIPAA standards

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
