Job summary

Carolina Therapeutic Services seeks a Behavioral Aide to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in clients' homes, schools, or community settings. You will participate in person-centered planning and deliver family-focused behavioral health services under supervision.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human service field or related area, with limited post-graduate experience, and the ability to work in diverse environments while maintaining confidentiality and documentation

Qualifications

• One-year documented experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to children and/or adolescents.
• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience.
• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services with less than four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the person-centered planning process.
• Provide direct home-based behavioral health services and supports, including therapy for the family.
• Assure confidentiality and maintain records according to regulations.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary staffing and continuing education.
• Travel to various environments as needed to deliver services.
