Job summary

CTSHealth seeks a Behavioral Aide to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in homes, schools, and community settings, supporting children and families within specialty mental health services. You will participate in person-centered planning, documentation, and ongoing evaluation of interventions.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the care team, requiring supervision for experience milestones and flexibility for community-based work.

Qualifications

• One-year documented experience in delivery of mental health treatment to children and/or adolescents.
• Supervision provided by a qualified professional until the individual meets two years of experience.
• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a human service field with less than two years of MH/DD/SA experience; supervision until two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in the client's home/residential placement/school or during community outings.
• Assist the team leader in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions toward symptom reduction and progress toward goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with HIPAA/regulatory requirements.
• Participate in person-centered planning, intake, assessments and orientation.
• Travel to client sites as needed to deliver services and supports.
