Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Aide to provide direct support to children and youths with behavioral and emotional challenges. You will work one-on-one in homes, schools, and community settings to reinforce positive behaviors and promote skill development.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred Associate's degree; CPR/First Aid and related certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid, NCI certification, and Bloodborne Pathogen training preferred or obtainable within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions, skill-building, and supportive services to children and adolescents.
• Support families and treatment teams to reinforce positive behaviors and treatment plans.
• Assist individuals in developing independence and social skills; promote community engagement.
• Collaborate with caregivers, guardians, and teams to ensure consistency across environments.
• Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and accurate documentation; comply with program requirements.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and transportation activities as needed.
