Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Behavior Consultants & Mobile Therapists to provide services in Lackawanna/Wayne County. Supervision of BACB candidates is offered free of charge to qualified staff.

Job types include full-time, part-time and contract roles. Tuition reduction opportunities for staff and families are available through partnerships with Capella University, Chicago School of Psychology, and Purdue Global, along with comprehensive benefits and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health services or licensed mental health professional.
• One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized client treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide individualized therapy in the home and community environments.
• Support implementation of treatment plans and programs written by the supervising Behavior Consultant/BCBA.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Model appropriate behaviors for clients.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences relating to behavior.
• Coordinate clinical information with other professionals and agencies.
• Exchange information clearly with appropriate parties and concerns.
• Develop meaningful treatment and construction of therapeutic systems.
• Create key growth experiences for the client and family.
• Provide positive role engagement interventions for client and family.
