Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks BCBAs and LBS in Carbon County, PA. Roles include conducting FBAs and VB-MAPP/AFLS/ABLLS-R assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and supervising RBT workers delivering in home, school, and community settings while ensuring data collection and documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS/MA) in a mental health field.
• One year paid experience with children, adolescents, or youth preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Background checks and clearances to work with children/adolescents (Act 33/34, FBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community.
• Supervise BHT or RBT workers and supervise data collection.
• Ensure timely paperwork and documentation.

Education

Master's Degree (MS/MA) in a mental health field

BACB Certification in good standing
