Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Pottsville, PA is hiring Behavior Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) to provide one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents. You’ll develop communication, social, and emotional regulation skills using evidence-based assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Hold a Master's in psychology, counseling, social work or related field; PA license or licensure eligibility; valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related mental health field.
• PA license or licensure eligibility for clinical practice in PA.
• Clearances including PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI within 2 years.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
• Develop communication, social, behavioral, and emotional regulation skills.
• Complete assessments via caregiver interviews and observations to create ITPs.
• Direct and supervise BHTs through behavioral skills training.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on outcomes; participate in IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Maintain positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
