Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide ABA services in Wayne County. We offer competitive rates, benefits, and paid time off with flexible schedules across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Supervision of BACB candidates is provided free of charge to qualified staff. Earn almost $80,000 for 30 billable hours weekly, with growth opportunities and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field required.
• One year paid experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• BACB certification in good standing or eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB-MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing duties.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data during each session.
• Reduce challenging behaviors.
• Analyze data to adapt programming.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and community agencies.
• Complete session notes, logs, and plans in a timely manner.

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Wayne County.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties:
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments.
• Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client.
• reduction of challenging behaviors--aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Provide role model appropriate behaviors.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
• Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications And Skills

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Master's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing.
• Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
• One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
