Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, a locally owned organization, seeks compassionate Behavior Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) in Lackawanna County to help children reach their full potential.

As a BC/MT, you will deliver individualized behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents, build skills, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer paid training, supervision toward licensure, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related mental health field.
• Hold a current Pennsylvania license (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT or psychologist) for the $44.00 rate.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal. And FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
• Help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, emotional regulation, and coping skills.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and supervise BHTs through Behavioral Skills training.

Education
